Tiffany G. Martinez provides legal counsel on the full range of employment-based immigration matters affecting her clients, from small start-ups to multi-national corporations. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Martinez successfully worked on labor certifications and immigrant visa petitions at Berry, Appleman, & Leiden LLP, one of the largest global corporate immigration law firms.
Ms. Martinez earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Law, where she received the Dean's Award and served as Class President for the Student Body Association. While in law school, Ms. Martinez served as a Law Clerk with U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein's office for the Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security, and Refugees and worked on an Anti-Human Trafficking project for Oxfam International in Hanoi, Vietnam.
